Rise on Apache is a sophisticated mixed-use development designed to offer premium living accommodations for Arizona State University students. This project boasts an array of recreational amenities across three outdoor levels, catering to a diverse range of interests and activities. Residents have the luxury of choosing from a variety of leisure options, including a rock climbing wall, a professional-grade ski simulator, a full-sized running track, and a pool deck located on the 15th floor, complete with a large outdoor television screen. This residence is designed to complement the Sonoran Desert's unique environment, focusing on high energy efficiency, effective sun shading, and the use of durable materials.
The design includes three primary areas: a dedicated space for children, an area for adults, and a communal space designed for family and friends to gather and enjoy each other's company.
The landscaping is thoughtfully planned with drought-resistant plants that are well-suited to the desert climate, ensuring minimal water usage while maintaining the home's aesthetic appeal.

This project is designed with a focus on indigenous, minimalist, and modest principles, aimed at fostering a tranquil and serene environment. It seeks to pay tribute to the local community and its cultural heritage by establishing a harmonious blend of accessible spaces, underscored by safety and security measures. The objective is to facilitate a foundation of trust between the members of the Gila River Indian Community and service providers.
